Canada/US Border to Re-Open August 9th

Beginning August 9th, Fully Vaccinated Americans will be permitted into Canada without the need for 14 day isolation. Fantastic News! Remember, that Canada requires visitors to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to travel. Update on Re-opening of the Canadian/US Border

CBC News is reporting that the target date for the Federal Government to re-open the Canada / US border to non-essential travel is Mid - August. Crossbow and .17 Calibre Ammo Can Now Be Used in Newfoundland

Deep Country Lodge is pleased to announce that amendments to provincial Wildlife regulations now permit the use of crossbows to hunt big game and small game species; and the use of .17 calibre HMR ammunition for hunting small game and furbearers.
